1. I'm new to betting. Where do I start?

Tips will be sent out the day before the races. This is so you can secure opening odds (should you choose to take them!).

5. How much should I stake?
WW recommend 1 point each-way (2 points). 1 point could equal £1 or £20. Only you decide the amount you apply to each point. But please remain consistent!

Yes. WW recommend you start with a set amount. Please see our points-based system for suggestions.

8. How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime by clicking here. Please note, refunds will only be issued if we receive your request to cancel within 14 days of the date you sign up to your first
plan. If you were previously on another plan (including Free Tips), you will not be eligible for a refund on your second plan, even if you cancel within a 14-day period. Should you be eligible for a refund, please allow 5 to 10 days for the payment to be processed.
If you were previously on our One-Month Trial or subscription membership (Bronze, Silver or Gold) and cancelled your initial plan, you will not be eligible for a refund if you sign up again and cancel your second plan, even if you cancel within 14 days.

9. What if my horse is a non-runner?
Single bets will be refunded by the bookmaker. For combination bets, click on this link for more info. Non-Runner explained.

10. Is payment recurring?
If you have signed up to our Bronze, Silver or Gold membership, the same package will automatically renew. The 'One-Month Trial' is not a subscription plan and you will not be charged once this plan ends. You can cancel a plan anytime in 'My Subscriptions' or by emailing us. Please note, if you paid via Paypal you will need to log in to your Paypal account and cancel recurring payment.

If you were previously on our One-Month Trial or subscription membership (Bronze, Silver or Gold) and cancelled your original plan, you will be able to sign up to another plan but will not be eligible for a refund, even if you cancel within 14 days.

Unfortunately there are no guarantees you will profit from our service, but by becoming a long-term member, adhering to our points system and betting consistently, you are likely to see your bank balance grow.
